宮崎・日南の海で
大切な人の思いを叶える
海洋散骨クルージング

「Based on the philosophy of “returning to nature,” ocean scattering is a new form of memorial service.
It is an ideal choice for those who wish to return to the sea they loved, or who prefer not to be buried in a grave.

At Matau Marine Service, we provide various cruising services mainly around Miyazaki and Nichinan.
Because we operate our own cruisers, we can offer flexible and personalized service to meet your needs.
We promise to deliver a heartfelt and memorable ceremony, ensuring safety and comfort for you and your loved ones.

Services

About Matau Marine Service

Matau Marine Service is based in Nichinan City, Miyazaki Prefecture, offering various cruising services.
Recently, we have received many inquiries about ocean scattering from both individuals and businesses.
Our custom-made ceremonies are tailored to each family’s wishes and have been highly appreciated by our clients.

With our own cruisers, we provide attentive service and create a one-of-a-kind, heartfelt ceremony to honor the wishes of the departed and their families.

Origin of the Name “Matau”

Matau comes from the Māori language of New Zealand. The full term Hei-Matau symbolizes prosperity, safe voyages, and connection to the sea.
It also sounds similar to the Japanese phrase “mata au” meaning “see you again,” which inspired our company name.
